Professional Development Coach.
Certified Facilitator.
Rural First Responder.
I work with clients to identify their personal and professional goals
and then help develop strategies to achieve them.
An active outdoors-woman, professional coach, and rural first responder, I live and work in Cabot, Vermont with my entrepreneurial husband and three generations of energetic black dogs. Our little family has 10 acres on the side of a beautiful bit of rolling green mountains in the heart of farm country.
With more than 350 hours of training and coaching in the Co-Active model, I see the impact of slowing down to take stock of what you really want out of life. The research is clear on the power of holding our internal state up to the light. When we take the time to examine our emotions and values, and then develop clear goals, we are:
More productive and satisfied
More creative
Better decision makers
Able to build more quality relationships
Bottom line: It’s important to have a positive relationship with our thoughts about what’s next.
Prior to becoming a coach, I held operational, strategic planning, and consulting roles at a variety of organizations including CU Boulder, Blackhorn Ventures, The OMNI Institute and Boulder County Public Health. I have more than 20 years experience successfully leading individuals and teams through effective decision making and action planning. I love helping people get out of their own way.
My Masters is in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Colorado State University and I am a certified coach in the Co-Active model of personal coaching.
