My style is this:

 

It’s never too late to create a new perspective on life. I ask my clients to dig deep into who they are and I encourage them to identify the internal state that is helping or hindering their goals. Examples include:

  1. Examining the “inner critic” and building allies for success.

  2. Defining personal purpose and creating attainable goals that reflect that perspective.

  3. Getting clear on communication styles and how you relate to work teams, family and friends.

Together, we’ll do this:

 

Using a bi-weekly cadence, I partner with clients to find compelling personal insights using questionnaires, visualizations, facilitated brainstorming, and "homework” that keeps momentum toward goals. Examples include:

  1. Cultivating the “un-habit” and bringing awareness to daily activities.

  2. Breathing and Mindfulness exercises from the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program.

  3. Creating Attention Budgets and examining your Wheel of Life.

  4. In-depth discovery sessions to define goals, personal vision, and values.
